Unfortunately, we are due to move it again soon but I have changed jobs since the last time and now have no proof of income (I look after an elderly relative and she pays me by cheque each week), will I be able to move as it will be based on joint income?

It wasn't a smart idea, but I think 1995 was long ago enough that I couldn't claim to have been mis-sold. I'm sure I was advised all the stuff about no guarantees, etc. My question now is whether…

where is this 4.54% fixed rate?
FIXED RATE MORTGAGES GETTING CHEAP! The UK's base rate hasn't changed, yet the long term city rates which guide fixed rates have dropped. Forget the gobbledygook, it means fixed rates are a lot cheaper than they were - you can now get a 5 year fix at 4.54%! Time to remortgage. i cant find this?
