Hi all , we are thinking of buying a house and would like to be able to work out approximately how much different mortgage amounts would cost us each month. ie , Approx how much we would be repaying on a 200,000 mort compared to a 250,000 mort. Sorry if this sounds garbled.......is there any tool that can help us do this?…

bit of advice needed, want to remortgage.
Hi guys, i took out my mortgage about 4 years ago, i have an abbey 3 year stepped discount which is now just at the normal rate. I want to remortgage at a higher value to get a lower rate possibly and also to get some money for home improvements. Sorry if i sound abit thick, but How easy is this to do?
