Does anyone know please, of the Best Company to undertake a Mortgage Endowment Shortfall Compensation Claim?
I have only come across those that want to take 25% of a No Win No Claim Basis.

BTW
You don't get anything due to the actual shortfall
Its based on whether it was mis sold & whether you have made an actual lossAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
I wouldnt use any of them. Just use the Which letter as that seems comprehensive enough.
The compensation will not be increased because you have used one of the rip off companies.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Thankyou for the Info' and Tips.
I do have grounds for claiming, Scottish Provident sold us the Endowment, but it is not going to reach the target amount, WHICH is very informative.
This has helped me to the next step, before time runs out on claiming0 -

This has helped me to the next step, before time runs out on claiming :(
we just used a site like the which one above, it gives you a sample letter to use. But please bear in mind like the others have said "a shortfall in the amount you expect to receive is NOT a reason for complaint" You have to have been miss sold the policy. They won't pay up if you just complain about the payout amount.0 -
Thankyou for your Msg
But after reading everything i could find on the subject on this website, which is vast, we have decided to change over to a Repayment Mortgage
As this seems to be the best action we could probably take, the sooner the better
So these companies win again, we were mis-sold as many other people have been. >:(0 -
That should not stop you from asking for an endowment review- if you believe you were mis sold-
just highlight why you were mis soldAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
