Senior Citizen Best deal?
I have a friend in his 80's who has a phone on PAYGO but because he uses it rarely he is finding that sometimes he has been cut off. What would be the best contract deal (without phone) for an OAP who really only wants the phone for an emergency? Probable use top dollar 30 mins/month!!

Mobile scam - calls to Italy
