Hi,
Is it possible to buy a payg mobile that is unlocked, that I can change the sim card in different countries without any hassle?

    Carphone Warehouse phones are usually unlocked on PAYG and yes you can use other sims abroad.
    The only problem is when you try using a 2g sim in a 3g phone. The network will eventually block the sim.
