It seems the voluntary code is not being observed.
How well are the networks doing policing their code of practice? Obviously not very well. Many sellers still list their demands for cashback insisting on original bills and less than the 60 days to claim. I know that some on this site actually work for those sellers so maybe you would like to comment.
