Bad News Guys: 3 charged me for dialing 077000 access numbers

I recently received my 3 bill and got a over 100 pounds charge bill for dialing noodle 077000 access numbers. I was charged from 27th August and before that I was not charged for dialing 077000. £ didn't give me any notice or warning for the charge. Do I ha ve any chance to claim the charge back. Thanks.

Why didn't you ring 333 and see what your current spend was? Simply ring the 07700 number for a min, and then ring to see if you have been charged!

About the only thing I like about 3! And I doubt they will give you your money back.

By the way did you not here the message that says this is not included in free mins?????????

I don't think you got a chance in hell of getting any back - unless you heard no message.

I called 3 customer care and their argument is that they didn't reclassify the 077000 number but the provider did on 28th July, as soon as they were notified the reclassification, they started informing their customers on 3rd August. My argument is I was not given any warning or notice and started charging on 28th July.

I think you may have a chance of getting 28th till the 3rd back, but I doubt they'd give you it all back.

What's the panic then, they won't start charging you for another 10 days??

    Cheers
