Getting a loan on my mortgage
we bought our house for £115,000 in 2007 and since then it has decreased in value to £100,000 and we have paid £10,000 off it. Can I loan the £10,000 back off the mortgage even though our home value has decreased?

Just applied for alone and have not been successful, the loan was £18,000 and I earn £20,000 a year how much am I allowed to borrow The loan period was for 60 months.... What is a reasonable amount to borrow in my case.... I checked my credit rating and it's excellent.... 980 with experian Thanking you in anticipation!

HP -can it be paid earlier.
My new partner has a car on HP which is Just straight HP without any balloon payment. She's only just started with it and is happy with the repayment set up, but the interest is high because of her past divorce.
