Loan help - 14k
Hi I'm looking at taking a Personal Loan of around 14k over 3 years to help fund a number of things (car being the main one). I should be in a position to overpay/pay off at least part of the loan earlier than the 3 years. Can someone please advise as to what the best loan product is? Many thanks Martin

Sainsburys/Tesco Loan - Approval Chances
I've just applied, and been approved for, a mortgage in Northern Ireland. I'm a Republic of Ireland resident but a few lenders take Irish Credit History into account. When I move into the house, I need to register on the electoral roll, which I can only do after being resident in the UK for 3 months. How long should I…

Advice on applying for a new loan.
I've got about £10k of unsecured debt on 4 different credit cards and 1 loan account. The loan is down to about £1100 remaining and will be paid off in about 9 months time. Anyhow, I earn 28k a year, the interest rates on the cards have kept sneaking up so that I'm not managing to pay back much more than the minimum…

Unsecured Loan
I have not long had a windfall and I wanted to pay off my small bank loan early. I have been paying it for about 3 years. The point is I…

"Pay for delete" possible / legal in UK?
My partner has two defaults in his credit report. Would it make sense to contact the lenders and offer to settle these accounts in full on the condition that they agree to remove the default from his records? Are there legal issues with this in the UK? Has anyone done this successfully?

loan application information incorrect
Hi we have recently done an iva with our creditors and going through the documentation noticed that on our loan application they have input our mortgage amount incorrectly, instead of £180,000 they have put £18,000. Hi I bought a car from Arnold Clark in 2009 on what I thought was hire purchase. We are now looking at changing cars but the cars settlement figure is higher than the trade in value offered.
