Where am I upto on Credit now
I am looking for some understanding of where my credit stands please I went into IVA in June 2006. I did a FF settlement in Jan 2010. I have cntacted IVA folk for my certificate and they tell me it they will have it to me by mid April. I have followed the credit clean up talk. So plan to check using the advice given.…

In IVA and Student Finance for my son
I am supporting my son's application for Student Finance. On paper (salarywise) I could afford to contribute but in reality, due to IVA, there is no spare cash. Has anyone got any advice/experience that could help me with this?:(

DRO not suitable now after Income support changes
The new changes regard CSA payments and IS means that a DRO will no longer be suitable as the changes will push me over £50 a month surplus but still not enough to pay me creditors. What options do i have now? I have informed cccs as soon as i got the letter but there is no counsellor available till next friday!!
