Confused With Experian

GMR Posts: 6 Forumite
Hello all,

Can you help me with my credit file as I am now more confused than before :)

I got my file through the post today and even though I have 2 years to go on my IVA, I wanted to make sure the default dates were showing. However, the IVA is there is shows start date and end date currently 00/00/0000 but I can't see any defaulted accounts listed.
I used all addresses and def included the address that my IVA was taken out but all it shows is various accounts but all show satisfied before the date I took an IVA.

Can you tell me why nothing is there as I don't want this to be a problem later on.

Help much appreciated!

You can give them a call, I used to phone them regularly post-IVA trying to get my credit file sorted out. Alternatively you can email them.
