Any idea's on a reasonable rate to charge my landlord. He lives far away and my father has done quite a few jobs for him...eg gutters cleared, moved furnature and when i moved in it took 5 people to scrub it top to bottom as it was manky filthy dirty.. Ideas appreciated thank you
