Garden Fence Quote

I need a garden fence for end of my back garden.
At the moment there is a low concrete wall there, but this is quite low down and my children can lean over it. Ordinarily this wouldn't be too much of a problem, but there is a bit of a drop down, so I don't want them falling over the wall and hurting themselves. Also, I need something higher to act as prevention from people trying to get into the garden.
I've had a quote from a local fencer and he has quoted £400 inc. materials, labour & VAT, to erect approximately 10 mtrs of new feather edge fencing on top of the wall, and cement in some posts to hold the fence to the wall. All timber to be pressure treated.
Can anyone please advise if this quote is a reasonable price?
Thanks for your help.

Hiya
What height is the fence to be? Usually they end up at 3ft or 6ft, because slats are 6ft. Around central Scotland you'd expect to pay in the region of £25/metre for 3ft. So for a 6ft high fence it would come out around £45/metre.
So I'd reckon your price should come in around £250 for 3ft high or £450 for 6ft high.

Hi
The height of the fence is to be 6ft. So do you think this price sounds reasonable?
