Sticky toilet flush / identify mechanism
Can someone identify this toilet flush mechanism? The button won't fully depress. I started to lift the lid but this caused water to run into the pan .. it's someone else's so I wasn't able to spend much time looking at it yesterday. Any pointers?

Chainsaw won’t self oil

Shower hot then cold then hot again
