Have a few items got from toolstation,
they are new, and have not been opened from their packaging.
The refund days is
Should they take the refund if it is about 3-4 days after the refund period?
if we speak to the manager?
and will they accept the E-receipt which can be shown on the mobile smartphone? or it has to be a paper receipt?

They're not obliged, but be nice. I think returns periods have been given a lot of grace.I have stuff that I cannot physically return to Ikea and Next since last year. Homebase have been lovely in accepting returns beyond the normal date.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

You need to ask your question to Toolstation. My guess is that it will be fine.0

It'll be at their discretion, but if it's still sealed they might. They might be more willing to do an exchange rather than a refund (but that's only any good if there's something else you want.)The emailed receipt ought to be just as good as a paper one. Shops promote these e-receipts so they'd be scummy if they then held it against you.0
