1p an hour heaters?
My father in law has heaters in his house that he claims cost him 1p an hour to run. Is he deluded or can you actually buy panel heaters that don't cost very much to run? If so would you be able to give me a helping hand what to look for to find them? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you :)

Smoothing over rough walls... really?
I hope we have all seen adverts for filler paint type stuff that is designed to go over old artex, and leave a perfectly smooth finish, and even your granny and dog can achieve the same results.
