Drain re-lining
Have got a problem with roots in the drain and also some cracks. Have been quoted circa £600 to get it relined. Its a 5m run, and I am told this will be a better solution to a new drain, as the roots cannot penetrate the lined drain. Anyone have any experience to give? Thanks

New House and VAT
I purchased a new build home in Dec 2004 and I am about to lay a new hard wood floor. I have been told that I might not need to pay the VAT on this flooring, due to it being a fixture in my new home? Is this the case? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
