making Comet honour redemption certificate
we bought a digital tv in July 200 and took out the insurance with a money back policy at the end of the term. the tv is now 5 years old in July and we have never received the redemption certificate although we followed the procedure to the letter. any ideas how I can force Comet to honour thier obligation

I wonder can someone help with a query I have? I am going to have a combie gas fired boiler installed, I have had quotes, and they all say, don't have a condenser boiler, as the extra cost, will never be made up in the savings you make in running it. Anyone had expereance of this?
