We have a Niklas unit in Birch and I wanted to add a cupboard to it in place of shelving - however, IKEA no longer are selling this line and don't have any in stock.

Does anyone know of anywhere else I could try, or does anyone have a cupboard they want to sell?!!

    ebay ... there are some niklas beech items being auctioned. Not sure if they are what you want but keep any eye there and it may come up?
