Looking for advice on renting a flat I bought as a first time buyer 8 months ago as my boyfriend has asked me to move in with him. Is it possible so early on in a new mortgage (fixed 2 years) where I have so little equity and was sold to me as a first time buyer?

I'm currently selling my two bed leasehold flat. I have lived here since 2012 and no structural changes have been made. There was an existing room which I would say is a loft extension. Proof of funds for lease extension....
Hi, We have agreed to extend our lease on a flat we are selling, to the tune of £26k. We were trapped for more than 2 years not being able to sell or have the money to extend. Thankfully a good friend offered to lend us the money with the understanding we will pay him back when the home is sold. He lent us the money and it…

How to brouch the issue of financial status with agents/LLs without setting off alarm bells?
I am not what would be considered in a great position financially (I live frugally) so it is hard to get accepted at places and am outright rejected so far for places I have been enquiring about to rent. I can afford to pay the rent and always have done for over 10 years in places the same price as I am looking, and even…

Tenant is Living in Garage
Hi All, I have a garage en-bloc which I have let privately for a number of years. My previous tenant moved out and so subsequently I found a new tenant who needed the garage to store a motor cycle. Long story short, he didn't pay rent and as per terms of the contract we could take back the garage after 21 days of…

Could someone clarify tenancy fees please. I thought they were banned recently.... Service Charge Deficit with no Retention Held
Hello, I purchased a leasehold flat last year and received a service charge request for a deficit pertaining to the period where I was not the leaseholder. Glasgow South Housing Market
We want to buy a house in the Southside of Glasgow. I feel that the market has somewhat become less crazy in the last few weeks. Does anyone agree? Hi All I am new to this forum but I am looking for some advice. I offered on a new build which was accepted around 4 weeks ago.
