Going to meet my mortage adviser on Friday to sign the contract etc and asked to bring the following: Last 3 months payslips Proof of Address Last 3 months bank statements Proof of deposit Property details First 3 are easy enough but not sure about what to bring for the latter 2? Anyone?

Hi, Ive been given section 8 & 21. They have given me 2 weeks to remove myself from the premises. If you have been given a section 21 (as well), isnt that not a minimum notice they have to give you of 2 months to move out and not 2 weeks...?

We viewed our ideal property on Saturday, but were told that the seller has owned the property for about 2-months. We do need a mortgage to buy it. Is there generally, a minimum ownership period that is acceptable to lenders? We have been told 3-months and someone else said 6-months.
