Flooring dilemma in new build flat
We viewed, and reserved, a new build flat about a month ago. A few weeks back we were told that move in date was to be no later than 30th September - at this point we hadn't, and still haven't! - seen the flat, and deposit/first month rent to be paid before the 16th. With other commitments we're not able to actually view…

How to price house
We would like to achieve £400K for our house but can't decide pricing strategy. Should we put it on at £425K and accept offers? Or OIEO £400K (or will we be get too low offers) or put it at £410K or £415K? Any advice welcomed. £400K is a reasonable/low price looking at recently sold properties nearby.

Lay New flooring prior to exchange?
Moving into a vacant property in 5 wks time. Would it be a good idea / or not to request permission to access the property prior to formal exchange to lay new new carpets in the bedrooms?
