House price not the same!
Hi there, I bought my house in Feb 2009 for £135K. In the Land Registry, it is down as sold for £150K. I don't get why........ Is this going to affect anything we have to do in the future, like remortgaging or selling the house?? Why will the sold price in Land Registry be different though?? Thanks
