Apologies if this is a dumb question, but when I come to sell my property (and buy another) will I have two sets of solicitor's fees to pay (ie to sell property A and purchase property B) ? Some years ago I had a property repossessed due to money troubles. This obviously showed on my credit report but having just checked my credit report it is no longer showing. How long does it stay on your credit report and do I now need to declare that when I apply for a mortgage in the future?
