Hi
Got our house on the market with a local estate agent, it now appears on rightmove etc. Is there any way for me as the vendor to see how many people have looked at the property from within rightmove or do I have to ask the agent?
Thanks

You don't get any data like that, no. The agent can see the number of hits on all their properties in total when they log in; I don't know whether they get a list of individual properties and their hits... Worth asking.0

Thanks - I guessed that was the answer, :beer:0

Others on here seem to be able to get the statistics for their property from the estate agent. I never did, but I would have been interested to know what they were. Not sure it actually helps in anyway but worth asking for. Even if its just another tool to assess how helpful your EA is!0

The Estate Agent gets detailed statistics about hits, click throughs etc. for each of their properties on Right Move individually. If you ask the EA I'm sure they would pass on that information, ours did.0

Most estate agents will actually email you through the report if you ask for it.
The only bad thing about it is seeing that you've had 30 (for example) click throughs on it but no viewers which can be a bit depressing.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0
