Folks, can anyone help with a question regarding house buying? Upon exchange of contracts, the buyer is liable for a deposit amount (usually 10%) payable to the seller if the buyer pulls out. However what happens if the seller pulls out? Is he/she liable to pay 10% to the buyer? thanks Sean
