Conveyancing Fees - Do you have to pay two lots?
I am getting quotes for the conveyancing of a potential house purchase. I had budgeted around £700 for this. However, all the quotes say that there are two seperate charges, one for selling and one for buying. This means that in fact the costs are going to be doubled to 2 x £700, is this right? Thanks in advance.
