Which type of razor do you use
Do you use an electric razor, a razor and shaving gel or the razors with soap already in them? I have tried all three but not used electric in a long time as I felt it made my skin dry. I like the shaving gel but it tends to be messy, are the two in one razors any good?

Benefits Of Exercise for Those With Heart Disease
I have seen advice given to people with Heart Disease to exercise(low level obviously). Apart from maintaining muscle and joint health and reducing blood pressure are there other reasons? Would exercise reduce cholesterol and the narrowing of arteries for example?
