I second Solgar, although choosing the right multivit in their vast range can be a bit confusing :S
  • I like the Centrum range of vitamins. They are the only ones that actually make me feel any difference when I take them.
Although make sure you take them on a full stomach otherwise they might make you throw up if you have a sensitive stomach.

It really would depend on what sex you are and if you smoke or exercise a lot.

I use superones which is a very high level multi vit. You may not need one that high, it would depend on lifestyle as to how many freeradicals you create.

I like Solgar to help with my training, but if you don't already know you should buy CAPSULES not tablets, the tablets do not get fully absorbed for some reason but the capsules do. Just a tip.
    Owed out = lots.

I'm female non smoker, moderate amount of exercise. Thank you all for your replies.Pink princess, what is the significance of exercise?
I think then I am looking for a naturally made vitamin supplement , capsules. I have a solgar stockist nearby apparently.

Excersise creates free radical cells in your body and lowers immunity.

I joined the gym last month, and my trainer told me to stop taking Berocca and start taking Centrum. I bought the ones for the over 50s, as they were the same price and seem to have more of everything. 3 for 2 at Waitrose.

(Incidentally, I am normally never ill, but since I started exercising I've had a bad cold sore, a day in bed feeling fluey and feverish, and I wake up every morning feeling groggy and slightly hung over. I hope this is just a phase as my body adjusts?)
