Baggage Delay
Can anyone tell me please if this applies to baggage delay? In april a group of us went to Tunisa and had to wait for three hours for our baggage as the crew decided to strike once the plane had landed. We had a 8month baby with us and this was very difficult as the airport did not have any baby facilities or restaurants…

Got reply from caa and was told as the flight was in 2007 that over the limit to claim. Disappointed as we had been delayed over 8 hours
