We had a delay of over 3 hours last month with TAP Air Portugal - Oporto to London Gatwick. Finding a means of getting in touch with TAP is proving extremely difficult. Phone numbers don't work, there is no evident address to write to (even asked Saga who we booked the holiday through). Does anyone have any positive experience with TAP in the UK and contact details they could share?

It wouldn't be surprising for them to have only agency contacts in the UK.
You need to email or write to the Portuguese address in the first instance. I found those addresses on their website in seconds.0 -
