Have sent two recorded delivery letters to Monarch regarding comp. claim for delayed flights after reading Martins info , not even had a reply to either letter

Normal lack of response from Monarch. Look at the hundreds of posts on the Monarch thread. Court action by you or an appointed firm the only way to get Monarch to recognise the law.0 -
I had similar with TC. If you have an email address, try sending them an email, at least you'll have proof of sending it! And with TC I had an automated response then a 'real' response in a few days, again, all documented should you need to show your endeavours to a court.0
