Broken meter?
I wonder if anyone could give me any advice on where I stand. Checked my dual fuel account with npower and it would appear I was in credit by over £200, which a little odd as it was winter and I would expect to be in debit if anything. I checked my meter readings and entered my latest figures, but it would appear that…

Paypoint refund
Hi, I made a bit of a mistake buying electricty at a paypoint terminal the other day. Due to ongoing issues changing supplier (now resolved), I added £20 credit to my old suppplier's top-up key. When I put it in the meter, it was rejected, so I took it back. The retailed said they had no way of refunding me, so I added £20…
