I went to university as a mature student and studied industrial relations for two years.i just wish i had been reading this forun then especially SarEL 's posts. She explains everything so clearly. If i had i think i would have got a first.

incentives/targets should staff be paid when they reach them
if an employer sets a target in writing e.g acheive this in april and you will be paid this in may surely staff should receive payment when they exceed the target? does a written target have to be honoured?
