Week in hand

Hi, I started a job last year working part time being paid weekly, I had to work my first week in hand which is fair enough.
I moved onto full time about 4 months ago, same hourly rate just more hours.
If I left the company now would I get my week in hand paid at the part time rate I started on or the full time rate I am on now?

Working a week in hand usually means that you get paid this week for the hours you worked last week, you are always a week behind.
So if you leave this week you will get this weeks pay next week.
If that makes sense0 -
As above, you are paid weekly in arrears therefore you would be paid for the hours worked the week past.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

So in direct answer If you worked full time hours last week you will get the pay for full time hours this week" When life keeps trying to let you down just remember you are not full of hot air so cannot be deflated"0

You said the rate remained the same, but you just increased the hours you worked. So I presume the last part of your question meant would I get paid part time hours or full time for my week in hand?
Answer is you would get your week in hand paid at your current rate - applicable to pay and hours.
Essentially, you are getting paid for what you worked last week. So you are always one week behind.
Hope that answers your question.0
