Hi I've seen an item I want to bid on, it currently has no bids. I'm going to wait until the last 20 seconds to place my bid, is there away of making ebay bid for me if someone out bids me up to an x amount? If there is what does ebay increment the amount by? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to block people with no feedback? I just dont want to risk it with them, I've heard somewhere that you can block them.
