I have a Premier account with PayPal, but have just registered for a personal one so that I can receive payments from Quidco without paying for fees. Do I have to verify the account with my bank details in order to receive payments from quidco?

If you plan on withdrawing the money to your bank account then I think you would need to get it verified. Also I'm pretty sure you would need to add a totally different bank account to the one you are using for your premier PayPal account.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

you do not need to verify your account to withdraw money to your bank. I have a unverified personal acc set up just for instances like this and I have withdrawn my money no problem0
