Lloyds TSB Unfair Bank Charges
Payday so I have just submitted my unfair bank charge claim for £537. Do you think that it would be a good idea to send a letter to Lloyds letting them know I have taken action. Could this encourage them to pay any sooner, if at all? Also, has anyone dealt with Lloyds for this? What were they like?
