Hi everyone.
I've piled some stuff up to sell on Amazon, but I have no idea where to start! Do you actually make money from it? After reading that they take off 75p plus 15% and I understand I have to pay some P&P does anybody actually make anything from selling their items?
I'm probably misreading as I am very impatient! I also have no idea what to price my items for!
Forgive me if I'm being dumb!

I sell lots of books on amazon, made £46 profit so far this week after postage and fees. Do find though you won't make much just selling paperbacks, I sell my uni books which do really well. Hope that helps

I've sold a few things on amazon and have made only a relatively small amount. However I think it's worthwhile if only to get some room on my ever expanding bookshelves, and of course every little helps. Main advice - be patient and don't expect to become an overnight millionaire!0

I have made cash also, when you list your item it gives you the lowest price for that specific item on Amazon - I just equal that price or set it slightly lower so when someone looks for that specific item, they are going to buy the cheapest! Was debt free... then went travelling!0

I've found I got the best profit from thin paperbacks or CDs - taking into account the issue of postage.0
