I work, so therefore in something like the second/third week of April, my employer gives me my P60 & i can see my stats for that tax year. Happy days. Regular cash gifts...?
If a person were to receive regular cash gifts upwards of £30k per month by different people- would they be investigated by tax authorities? Perhaps they'd think payment was being disguised as a 'gift'? And if so, how would they go about their investigation?

I have been reading through HMRCs info on paying Income Tax. They have an online service that lets you pay using a CC. What I want to know is whether this is like a normal CC purchase or whether its a cash transaction. Has anybody else done this?
