So I transferred the whole balance out earlier in the month but forgot to cancel the DD. Now they have take the DD leaving my account showing £96CR - how do I get this money back? MBNA are the culprits :mad:

Setting up Direct Debit with Capital One
Is it possible to set up direct debit with capital one when the the name of the account holders (Bank and CC) is different? Normally, a paper DD mandate request with the signature of the holder of the originating account should be sufficient.Is that a correct assumption?

Hello My credit card statement says "Next statement date" 22/12/14 but my online statement has not been updated to show last months total balance, so if I was to spend on it today (22/12/14), will it be added to the new balance next month? Happy christmas!!
