Section 75 refund - how long until refunded?
Evening, Does anyone know how long a section 75 refund takes? I have sent the form off and they advise 30 days to respond to our request. Do they refund straight away and then claim the money back off the company we are complaining about? Thanks

Just curious. If you had a credit card with say a £1,000 limit. You can administer the card on-line. Hi, I am going to have dental implants in Bulgaria later this month. My question is:- If I pay on my credit card even some of the cost, will I be covered by section 75 if something goes wrong. ie implants failing, or if an infection occurs and I have to return. Thank you
