Capital One charging me for free credit card
As the title says, I got a free credit card with Capital One a couple of years ago. They just charged me a fee, when I asked they said the card has a yearly charge. I have the paperwork that says there was no charge, but they won't listen. Is there anything I can do? They're just refusing to listen.
