Annoyed with Aqua Credit Card
Aqua Credit Card services are a bunch of idiots. Over the past three days we have had 5 phone calls and a letter from them despite OH not going over his limit. He has told them when he gets paid and they ALWAYS phone up that week, every month without fail. I'm getting fed up of them.

Change of credit card law
I have been bombarded with calls telling me that because of a change in the law credit cards taken out before 2007 are outside the guide lines and as such the debts can be written off. What is this all about? I beleive in the saying 'if it seems too good to be true, it probably is'. Comments please

MBNA Balance Transfer offer
I recently had to put a few hundred on my MBNA card despite the APR being 34% (long story). Following this they've offered me a very low BT rate. Call me a cynic but i'm assuming this is a common trick. They hope i'll max out the card on a low rate BT while keeping my curent balance at the 'standard' 34% apr. Any payments…

If they aren't successful after 6 weeks…

Im pretty good…
