Second card holders
I was just wondering if it is possible to transfer balances from my wifes credit card. Is it possible to do this if I add her as a second card holder as I have lots of promotions on my cards, but she has nearly managed to fill hers with top rate interest...any info would be appreciated. Many thanks

Secondary credit cards
If I gave my partner a secondary (supplementary) card from my Amex account does that mean he will have a credit search? And if his credit history is not too good will he be denied a card, even if it's on my account and my liability? If none of those, is a secondary card likely to improve ones credit rating?

Nat West Cc - Bt For Current Customers
Might have been mentioned elsewhere but just in case. I cleared off my NatWest CC in October and received a 9 month 0% with NO transfer fee a week or so ago. The offer lasts until 22nd december so might be worth a phone call. I'm guessing I got the offer because I cleared the card.

Virgin card holders - check your due date!
Hi folks, I was *very* fortunate to stumble accross a post on, ahem, another finance website which warned that the minimum payment due date on their Virgin card had been creeping forwards by a day or two per month. If they hadn't noticed, their standing order would've been late, they would have missed the payment, had a '1…

Is this necessarily a bad thing?
I just applied online for a Barclaycard Platinum for the low LOB interest and rather than come back with a decision within the alloted 60 seconds they replied with 'Sorry we need more time...' They gave a few plausible reasons why but I wondered whether anyone else has come across this before and if so, is it a bad thing…

MINT When a Credit is NOT a Credit
A REFUND IS NOT A CREDIT/PAYMENT IN THE EYES OF MINT!!! Dear Martin et al. This is a good one for you. I have a MINT card that is used only for balance transfers. Halifax/IF Credit Card Customers Beware!!!
A few months ago Halifax lowered their minimum repayment rate from 2% to 1%. Sounds great but, in the long term, you're actually paying more back to them. But... that's not the gist of this thread. I checked my online statement today & alarm bells started ringing very loudly in my very small ears. I noticed that my minimum…
