Balance transfer. Is it a payment?
Quick question. If I transfer a partial balance from one credit card to another, does this count as a payment on the card I have transferred from or do I still have to make the normal payment on it. I'm guessing it does but I don't want a late fee if I'm wrong. Hope this makes sense. Thanks
