I will try and keep this as short as possible: I bought an in house brand of graphics card (arianet from aria.co.uk) which broke after 4 days and got returned. How Do I get my Money Back?
Seem to be going round and round in circles and need some help as to where I stand in law and how far I can take it. Unicom contract
Please could someone help? A neighbour who has recently died, had a contract with Unicom for his business line. His partner is being hounded (the most polite way I can say) by Unicom - they will not let her out of the contract (even though the contract is not in her name) - is there anything that she can do? Many thanks

Breadmaker has broken within 3 years of purchase - worth trying to get a replacement?
I bought a Kenwood breadmaker from John Lewis in December 2009 as a Christmas present. The last few times I've used it, the bread clearly hasn't mixed and it just ends up as a lump at the bottom of the pan. On further investigation, it looks as though the paddle which mixes the ingredients isn't turning properly - it gets…

My rights regarding Virgin Media
I will try to keep this as brief as possible... In August 2012 I signed up for Broadband and phone line from Virgin Media, the engineer came out and after installing broadband, he told me it would be impossible to install the phone line without having to place a ladder in the middle of a very busy road. As I only use the…

I ordered some yankee candles from littlewoods online and paid for them with my card. 5 days later I have received a call to say they were wrongly priced and did I still want them at the correct "higher" price. I obviously said no as it was double the cost. On reflection because I had paid for them - should they have…

Bad Advice from O2 has cost me big time - Can I get Compensation?
Hi I have been on to O2 via web chat today to ask how I save some text messages so that they can be produced as evidence in court. Can I get delivery charge refund??
Am I entitled to a refund of delivery charges when I return an item bought online because I changed my mind? In their 'Return Information' QVC say "the product price and delivery charge paid are refundable, less a compensatory charge normally equal to the delivery charge". I would welcome you opinions!!!

Charged twice at restaurant, they say I haven't been
I had a meal out over New Years and paid on credit card. A few days later when checking my statement online I noticed I'd been charged the initial…
