Can you still log in BOS using Halifax details?
Last year, I opened a BOS monthly saver account by log in BOS using my Halifax account login details. Today I tried it again but was rejected. Is it just me or BOS has changed to disallow Halifax login details?

Lost money paid into natwest
Monday i paid cash and a cheque into my RBS account via Natwest. The cash showed up instantly and cleared my overdraft, the cheque showed up but had to wait to clear, all good i thought. I then paid a bill which showed up. The next day the cash and cheque deposit have disappeared and now overdrawn again. RBS have no idea…

ATM withdrawals
I withdrew money from a cash machine but the money never came out. I reported it to my bank and it has been referred to their ATM claims team. It is now 6 weeks later and they are still investigating. Does anyone know if there is a time limit in which they have to respond to claims of this nature?
