Changing provider
Most ISPs quote about 14 days or 10 working days to take over your line. My deal ends on a Friday, first full price day being Saturday. However, my current provider (PlusNet ) say they don't do migrations over weekends. If I make a transfer order this Friday, this suggests it won't happen until the following Monday (ie 17…

Is new Sky Hub worse than the old?
I recommended Sky MSE deal to a friend, they have been given something called a Sky Q hub, as opposed to the Sky Hub. It apparently is supposed to be better, but it only has two Lan Ports and they find the signal does not reach all parts of their small modern flat (something their old router had no problem with). Does…

Was the summer Sky deal a Scam?
I saw the £65 Sky deal on MSE and recommended it to friends, two of them have come back to me saying they feel scammed. Despite…

I took up a deal with Sky for Line and BB about 18 months ago. Unfortunately, due to ill health, I have been unable to take advantage of any services provided by Sky.
