He pays a total of £200 per month maintenance. This is a private agreement we worked out between us. He doesn't contribute in any other way to the…

UC Calculator for the Self Employed?
Hi all! So I was intrigued to read the recent news about the roll-out of UC. I'm self employed and used to claim WTC - I haven't claimed it since 2015 even though I am eligible based on my income and circumstances. I find I now just manage due to my VERY frugal lifestyle. For example my heating bills for the last 4 years…

New baby: What benefits / How to check?
Hi all. My wife and I are lucky enough to have had a lovely little girl (3 weeks old), other than child benefit, are there any other benefits we can claim? Should I give up on ESA?
I have two weeks left to decide whether to request a mandatory reconsideration of the decision to stop my ESA following a face to face assessment. Council tax support / income figure if pension is salary sacrifice
What do you use as income figure if pension contributions are paid via salary sacrifice. If I use my p60 figure this is after pensions have been taken off. In which case I guess I don't put anything in the pension contributions box? Or do I use income off payslip and then take off pension contributions? So basically not…
